We dealt with Emma here to arrange the flowers for our father’s funeral after calling several florists in the area. Emma went the extra mile from the off and handled the entire situation with complete empathy and professionalism. Any concerns were quickly put to bed and reassurance offered throughout which just made that extra little bit of difference during one of our most difficult stages in life. The prices were never going to be quibbled in this situation either but were also very reasonable for what we got for our money. I wanted to find a Florist with a difference, that would blow me away and make my Wife's Birthday even more special. By chance, I came across Blooming Occasions Floral Design. I spoke at length with Emma about the type of flowers that my wife would really appreciate and Emma was incredibly helpful and recommended their Grand Beca bouquet They were delivered immaculately and on the morning of my Wife's Birthday, as promised (even though we lived just outside of their normal delivery areas), Emma had no hesitation in accommodating. Emma prepared a beautiful flower arrangement for an elderly relative's birthday. She was incredibly thoughtful in delivering the flowers during daylight hours so the recipient wouldn’t be worried about opening the door when it was dark. Emma also assured me that she would make certain the flowers would be delivered despite the recipient being very deaf. Emma was helpful, courteous and went to a lot of trouble on my behalf, keeping in touch with me and sending me a photograph. The flowers looked absolutely gorgeous and I would have no hesitation in recommending Emma and Blooming Occasions.

Beautiful presentation of flowers. Have done many orders as the flowers and arrangements are always top notch. Very helpful staff also who sent me pictures of the item. That made a change- not just the "theoretical" sales picture but the actual arrangement that was delivered. Nice touch.
